The Job:
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll enjoy an exciting role, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting products and systems across Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds and Newmarket. Your responsibilities will include site surveys, EPOS system installation and configuration (including structured cable testing), planned maintenance, fault diagnosis and unit replacement, and WIFI network fault finding. Additionally, you'll perform PC reimaging, data backups, and system updates.
About You:
As a skilled Field Service Engineer, you'll bring valuable experience in customer service engineering, hardware, and computer networking (PCs, IP networks, and WIFI). EPOS training is provided! You should be capable of managing your own diary and workload, and possess a full UK driving licence.
Benefits & Hours:
In addition to a competitive salary of £28,620 basic plus £2,471 standby allowance (up to £34,500 with call-out pay), you'll enjoy paid overtime, a company van, 34 days of holiday, a pension scheme, profit share, and excellent additional benefits. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, with one week of on-call duty every three weeks (Monday to Friday evenings from 17:00 to 21:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 to 21:00).
