Parts Administrator – Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
Based from brand new offices with one of the largest engineering equipment distributors in the country, our client has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Administrator to join their busy team.
As Parts Administrator, you will liaise between suppliers and customers to identify and supply spare parts. You will also be dealing with invoice queries, returns, following-up quotations and mailshots, and general order taking and computerised invoicing duties.
About You
This is a key role within the business, requiring excellent communication skills, computer literacy, including Excel skills, and a flair for building relationships with customers and suppliers.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm, and 9 am-6 pm, on alternating weeks
