This leading engineering company supplies spare parts for commercial printing machinery across the UK. As industry leaders for over 100 years, they have an established customer base and a loyal team of employees.
The Job
As Spares & Returns Coordinator, you will have the following responsibilities.
- Deal with all goods inwards concerning returned parts from customers and technicians
- Follow procedures to ensure efficient completion of goods inward notes and returns
- Deal with and resolve customer invoice queries and returns and raise credit notes
- Maintain and control credit notes from manufacturers
- Liaise with accounts department to ensure invoice queries are dealt with promptly
- Raise non-conformances following ISO procedures
- Deal with all customer requests for spare parts, quotations, and any spares related issues
- Follow up on quotations to customers
- Input orders onto the computer system. Prepare and forward purchase orders to suppliers
About You
We are looking for a good mix of the following attributes;
- Excellent telephone and email communication skills
- Relationship building skills with customers and suppliers.
- Competent administration skills with close attention to detail
- Good MS Office skills
- Proactive self-starter

Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00
